This is the first season of Functional Conjugate SZNS: a year-round training system designed around how your body actually adapts, how your schedule actually flows, and how long it actually takes to build something real. Hypertrophy SZN is 13 weeks of intelligent hypertrophy programming that respects your recovery, your conditioning base, and the fact that you're not 25 anymore. You'll look better by Memorial Day. But more importantly, you'll finally stop program-hopping and commit long enough to see what your body can actually do.

The program is hosted in the JBC app. Once you sign up, you'll receive a link that prompts you to download the app and immediately begin your onboarding process. You'll have 14 total weeks of access, and once the season is over, you'll be removed unless you join the consecutive season.

You have 14 weeks to complete 12 weeks of training. After that, access is removed. This is on purpose, to keep you training and committed.
We open signups 4x per year, starting ~3 weeks out from each season. Be sure to be on our email list to be notified.
We offer one track with a typical gym setup (barbell, rack, bench, dumbbells) BUT movement subs for every movement on any given day for those with Commercial Gym (full access). Choose the track that fits your setup.
The program is designed for 3-5 sessions per week depending on the block. Full-body structure means you can miss a day without derailing progress.
No. This program is built specifically for adults 35+. Intelligent intensity, not endless intensity. If you can train consistently now, you can do this.
You don't need conjugate experience. The onboarding process and coaching community will get you up to speed. If you've been lifting for years, you're ready.
You'll get better results if you do, but the training works regardless. Macros are customized to you and provided as a tool, not a mandate.
The meal plans and recipes are flexible. Macros can adjust for allergies, preferences, or lifestyle needs.

You can join the next season (Metabolic Capacity, June–August) or sit out. Each season stands alone, but they're designed to build on each other for year-round progress.
