Functional Conjugate Full Body is the last training system you'll ever need. If you've been training seriously for 10+ years then this training plan is for you.

This is a Conjugate based program consisting of diverse strength methods such as submax effort method, dynamic effort method, and explosive strength work.

Functional Conjugate Full Body is made up of 3 Full-Body Strength Sessions (TWO HEAVY + ONE SPEED) & 3 Aerobic Conditioning Sessions.

FIT AGAIN AFTER YEARS OF BURNOUT
I began my CxC journey in August of 2021, two months prior to my 60th birthday. Burnt out on Crossfit, I was looking for a more sustainable training program. Lucky for me I came across Jason Brown, who coincidentally lived in my home town. Initially skeptical, after a conversation with him I came away impressed with his depth of knowledge and integrity. 23 months later CxC has left me leaner, fitter, and stronger than I’ve been in DECADES.

When I started using the CXC method, I had some questions: Was the volume high enough? Would the cardiovascular aspect of the program hinder my ability to improve strength? Jason answered these questions and emphasized staying true to the program to reap the benefits.

EVOLV is expertly and intelligently written to combine BOTH, which has given me the best results I’ve ever had for strength gains and aerobic development. EFFICIENT TRAINING THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING FAST
The BEST program you can invest in!! I was doing my own workouts and following a lot of what is seen on social media. I was going to cardio bootcamp classes thinking it was the only way to get “fit.” I started CXC two months ago and I cannot say enough. The workouts are efficient and effective, and aren’t just strength-based, but also include mobility, flexibility, and conditioning! I’m finally implementing the rest my body needs and am gaining strength while seeing a body composition change. Will do this for life!
FLEXIBLE TRAINING THAT ACTUALLY WORKS
One of my favorite things about Evolv is the flexibility with my schedule. I am able to get a good workout in and save time by not having to go out to a gym. Evolv has just the right amount of strength and conditioning for me as an older athlete. Coming from a CrossFit background, those Olympic lifts and gymnastics were no longer a good fit for my joints. I want to remain strong and injury-free. I am making great gains with Evolv full-body workouts and never feel beat up doing it! I would highly recommend Evolv for anyone looking to stay fit, strong, and injury-free! The coaches are supportive and readily available for any questions or feedback!
